Martin brings 18 years of Legal, Compliance and HR recruitment expertise, with the last 15 years based in Singapore, where he is a Permanent Resident.
At Randstad, Martin headed the HR, Business Support and Legal division and led one of Singapore’s largest HR recruitment teams. He placed senior HR and Legal professionals and helped organisations across Asia build high-performing teams.
Martin founded Perennial HR to focus solely on Banking & Financial Services.
