Martin brings 18 years of global HR recruitment expertise, with the last 13 years rooted in Singapore, where he is now a Permanent Resident. As a seasoned leader,
Martin headed the HR, Business Support, and Legal division at Randstad, where he oversaw one of Singapore’s largest HR recruitment teams. His focus was on placing senior HR leaders and helping organizations across Asia build high-performing HR teams.
Driven by a deep understanding of the HR landscape in Asia, Martin founded Perennial HR, a recruitment firm dedicated to helping businesses across the region attract top HR talent.
