Martin Hill
Founder & Director
Martin brings 18 years of global HR recruitment expertise, with the last 15 years rooted in Singapore, where he is now a Permanent Resident.
Martin headed the HR, Business Support, and Legal division at Randstad, where he oversaw one of Singapore’s largest HR recruitment teams. His focus was on placing senior HR leaders and helping organizations across Asia build high-performing HR teams.
Driven by a deep understanding of the HR & Banking & Financial Services landscape in Asia, Martin founded Perennial HR, a recruitment firm dedicated to helping businesses across the region attract top HR & Banking & Financial Services talent.
