Product Manager, Insurance

Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an Insurance Product Manager to own and lead the firm's product and business proposition strategy.

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing relationships with insurance company counterparts, structuring multi-insurer solutions, and translating product offerings into compelling, client-ready business propositions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with insurance company partners, managing commercial and product relationships
• Coordinate and consolidate promotions, campaigns, and product initiatives across multiple insurers
• Design and structure integrated insurance solutions for client presentations
• Lead the development of product and business propositions for client pitching
• Work closely with distribution and advisory teams to support revenue growth
• Drive proposition positioning and differentiation across insurance providers
• Prepare senior-level pitch materials and commercial proposals

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in an insurance company, insurance brokerage, bancassurance, or Big 4 consulting with financial services / insurance exposure.
• Proven track record in business proposition development, client pitching and presentation, product structuring or commercial strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with insurers and internal sales teams.
• Commercial mindset with structured thinking.
• Fluent in both Cantonese and English (as the role requires communication in these languages).
